Delete your account

In the app

1. Open the Profile tab and tap the gear icon to open Settings.
2. Tap Delete account, then Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. If you write from a different address, we'll ask you to confirm with a sign-in code first, so nobody else can delete your account.

What gets deleted

• Your account, email address and profile: name, home area, bio, styles, grades and availability.
• You disappear from Partners at once.
• Copies in our backups are deleted within 30 days.

What we keep

Today, nothing. When climbers can add crag and route information, approved tips and corrections will stay in the shared guide, with your name and any link to you removed.
